A Lancaster bomber from the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum in Hamilton, Ont. -- one of two in the world that remain airworthy -- flies over the Canadian Aviation Museum in Ottawa Sept. 17 accompanied by other World War II aircraft, including a Spitfire, a Hawker Hurricane and a P-51 Mustang. The flypast marked the 66th anniversary of the Battle of Britain. |
